Stage 1: Discovery
Define the one job the product must do, for whom, and what success looks like at launch. List every screen. Agree the scope and a fixed price. Anything not on the list goes into a 'version two' backlog.
Stage 2: Design
Design every screen and link them into a clickable prototype. The founder reviews the full user flow before any code is written, which is the cheapest moment to change your mind.
Stage 3: Build
Two build sprints on proven components: authentication, database, payments and the core workflow. Each sprint ends with a live staging link so the founder tests real software, not screenshots.
Stage 4: Launch
Test on real devices, fix issues, set up analytics and SEO, connect the domain and go live. Hand over the code repository, accounts and documentation.
What makes it fast
- A fixed scope agreed before work starts
- A design sign-off before development
- A modern stack (Next.js, Supabase, Vercel) that removes setup work
- Continuous testing on staging instead of a big reveal at the end
Frequently asked questions
Can any product be built in a few weeks?
Focused first versions with up to about 7 screens, yes. Larger platforms with AI or many integrations take 3–4 weeks.
What if I want changes during the build?
Small adjustments are part of the process. New features are quoted separately and added only with your approval.
What do I need to prepare?
A clear description of your users and the problem you're solving. Designs are optional.
